Remodel & Renovation Projects

Any improvement should maximize the investment to produce enjoyment from all from all golf abilities. The average and less able player should be allowed to enjoy the experience without anguish or despair. At the same time, the golf course should provide enough challenge and resistance to the better and lower handicap golfer, so that every-ability of golfer will visit more often.

Golf Communities
Golf Course Community Development must be designed to gain a competitive advantage. It is the integration of the technical requirements with the golf course that establishes an identity for the project and generates its success.
Golf course design within a real estate venture has always been an intriguing subject because of the complexities of the issues and the potential benefits of the amenity. Whether residential, resort, industrial/office or redevelopment, the inclusion of a golf course is as complicated as it is attractive. Because so many components of the project are linked functionally, technically, aesthetically and physically, the golf course plan must remain flexible and adaptable to effectively manage technical requirements and reflect the development concept.
